YES! Please use the same card for every visit. This helps us keep costs down. We do not charge for your first laundry card and want to keep it that way!

Yes! You can check your card balance, transaction history and see how busy the laundromat is all online. Go to Laundrycat.com sign in using your laundry card number.

Make sure to register your card as soon as you get it! You can register your card at the Payment Center. Make sure to include your phone or email. You can also register your card HERE. If you lose your card select "Replace Card". You will receive an email or text for verification, and be able to get your old balance on a new card. The cards cost us money, so we do charge a $2 replacement fee if you want to get a new card to replace a lost card.

There are self-serve Payment Centers located in your local store. Follow the prompts on the Payment Center screens to get a new card, and select your payment method. You can use cash, credit/debit cards, or even EBT. For a complete tutorial, watch this video.

If you are a "1 time customer" and don't plan on using our facilities regularly, we recommend loading only the value you plan on spending. Treat this card as a "gift card" purchase, we cannot provide refunds.
